VISA ASSISTANCE LETTERS

Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assitance letters (soft copy in PDF format) from the "home page" of their accepted papers. Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a ComSoc Visa Assistance Request (http://www.comsoc.org/node/add/visa-assistance-request).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations on or prior to Monday, September 17 will incur a US $100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to IEEE DySPAN 2012 at dyspanreg@ieee.org.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS OF TECHNICAL PAPERS

In order to upload your paper, you must first register for the conference. You will need your Registration Code (Confirmation) when you upload your paper.

Note: DO NOT SHARE your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an Author Account.

IEEE and IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY POLICIES

To be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2012 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, the author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conferene at the Full (RG01-03) rate and must present the paper at the conference. Student, Life Member, and One Day registration is not valid as an author registration.

Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the publication. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2012 Conference Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2012 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.
